Top 2 things I cannot stand at this moment:
1. People who don't freaking reply to my texts/calls!!!!! I really do not mind if you reply late or whatsoever, but I just really cannot stand it when you don't - at all. What's the point of owning a phone then? To maintain a 2 way communication with someone special or anybody else but not your friends or group mates or family members?
If that's the case, get a walkie talkie then.
2. People who think that they are a notch above the rest all the freaking time or assumes the position of a leader. Hello, there's a reason why it's called a group work? If you are that great, why not form a team with yourself?
